Finally doing a bit more on this commission, still not sure about the background but the figures are now more defined. If the client likes it I will hope to finish it by next week.

Naked and Done
Finally I have another finished picture and it is a woman and I like it! I do wish some of my butterflies were a bit better, but I was going for a look and not perfect realism with them. The colors are a bit off on the scan, but not to much. "Butterfly Effect", 10 x 15, Acrylic and a tiny bit of Prisma Color on Canson board. Original and prints for sale. Picture 8.

More Nude Female WIP
I had hoped to have this done by now, but things never go as planned. I had also planed to have her hair be mostly just black with no detailing, very stylized. But after Pyracantha asked about it in the last post I realised the lighter strands, which I liked, did not works so well with a featureless black area as the rest of it. So now I have stylized but more detailed reddish hair. More work to come, maybe it will be finished today!

Multiple Projects
OK, so I have the fight picture, the shield I want to do and started but have not got far on, another Japanese print style picture that I am not sure I like so far and this. The working title (which may change) is "Butterfly Effect" it is 10 x 15 Acrylic on Canson board. So far it is pretty monochromatic but when finished it will be full color.

Fixin For a Fight
OK, I am finally getting to the next 2 pictures I owe a client for his fight story. I thought my first sketch was a a bad start but he liked the basic idea. So here is the next altered version based on his notes. Rough sketch, no title yet, 8 1/2 x 11 pencil on Canson board.
