Substitute Art

I am working on several things at once and one of them is the new book "Faerie Dust". Looking for art for it I found a bad photo of a picture I did in 2000. I really like the picture but the photo quality is just not good enough to use.
Since I have a black and white line scan of this picture done before color was added to the original, I decided to do a hand colored print. I printed the black and white line work picture out and then painted that print. So here is "Oberon's Guard", 8 1/2 x 11 hand colored print, Acrylic on cardstock. I hope to have the finished Cage Fighters sequel and maybe another small picture done very soon.

    I love this! The colors are splendid. And I love the costume design, too. I would love to see this created as a real costume. Just gorgeous all around, now it is one of my favorite Tristan pieces.

    I love the way conformed the leaf to the body as armor. I seen somthing similar but made of leather at the Renfest.
