New Art WIP 2

Here is the next step in the commission I just started. It is now partly inked, Micron marker  and pencil on velum.

Finally Staring Art

I have not been able to get anything started for the last several weeks for many reasons but today I managed to get this commission started. It is of a Japanese print style anthro turtle in Samurai armor. This is roughly 7 x 16 on velum. This is a rough sketch that I have already started inking (the sketch in pencil is what I am posting).

Great Song to Strip To

When I was in my 20's I was a male stripper (at a straight club). I don't think I got rich but I had a lot of fun and all the other dancers wanted to know where I got my songs from since I used stuff most of them had never heard or heard of. Dr. Appointment Results

Well this is not helping me get back to work, I just went to the Dr. because I am continuing to have blood in my urine. All last week my pee looked like cranberry juice! I have had this issue for over a year now with blood in my pee showing every few weeks. The Dr. still is not sure what it is but now he says it could be a urinary tract infection or a tumor, and referred me to a Urologist.

He also said my foot issue is serious and may need surgery, not something I want to have done but it may have to happen. No pain meds or anything, just the recommendation that I get New Balance shoes with Spenco arch supports. That will cost way more than I ever like to pay for shoes.

Oh, and I get the news that I now have a heart murmur. None of this makes my mood or my creative juices any better.  :(

A Name Finally, Maybe

I hope this is the right name for my new little guy. I have tried and tried to find his name and even had many others suggest names...I am thinking now his name is Teyrn or Tyr. We will see if it sticks.

Back from War

Well I have been back from Pennsic for a week now. Have a bad cold and have not done much other than try to unpack and do laundry. I got 3 commissions at War, 2 Japanese print style pictures and one coronet so I will be doing those soon.
