A few years back I wanted to switch our bedroom around with the guest/junk/cat room (which is a bigger room). I decided to decorate it elaborately (how else would I decorate?). Anyway, I had allot of energy and for a week or so I painted and designed and worked and got about, oh maybe a 3rd done and stoped. I haven't worked on it since, most likely can't match my colors and doubt we will ever switch the rooms around anyway. Here are the figures I painted around the window (there are 2 windows and I did not get the other one finished).
I really like how you did these "caryatid" boys, rendering them as if they were marble! And I like the sea in the back too. Beautiful mural job! Now what's behind that brocade hanging? Is that a window, or a Pagan tabernacle?
