Another Tiny Scroll

This is the second of the tiny scrolls I have done for this weekends SCA event. It is for the Barony of the Bright Hills Order of St. Barbara, 5 x 7, Acrylic and gold and silver metallic paint on blue paper. This is based on/inspired by The Hours of Henry VIII, fol.191v lower half, French, 1500. Picture 3.

Tiny New Art

Well, this weekend is my SCA home groups baronial Birthday event and they are having a contest of miniatures.  So I did this based on The Black Hours of Galeazzo Maria Sforza,  Flanders, probably between 1466 and 1477, Calendar page for September. It is a blank for the baronies Order of Saint Barbara award. Done in Egg tempera and gold, silver and copper metallic paints on black paper. It is 5 x 7. Picture 2.
