More Art This Year Than Last

I number my art so I know how many pictures I did that year. I had been going down hill doing only 48 last year but I have done 79 this year so I am pleased. The fact I did all of Inktober helped a lot!

Summoning

Another in this series..."Oni Summoning", 9 x 12, Micron pens, White gel pen and Acrylic on tan paper. Original and prints available. picture 79.

Life and Death

Another in my random works. The title just seemed right as soon as it was done. The skeleton obviously represents death and so does space, and the flowers and sun represent life. "Life and Death", 9 x 12, Micron pen, Copic marker and Acrylic on Grey toned paper. Original SOLD, prints available. Picture 78.

Picture Before Christmas

Nothing to do with Christmas but I just finished it so...yet another picture someone needs to write a story for. "Blind Gods Vision", 9 x 12, Micron pens, White gel pen, Acrylic on grey toned paper. Original and prints available. Picture 75.

More Than Planned

I had planed for this picture to be mostly monotoned and not have a lot of color, but as it progressed I found I wanted to put more and more color in it. So now I think it is finished; "Silver Prince", 9 x 12, Micron pen, White gel pen and Acrylic on grey toned paper. Original and prints available.

Black Scroll

I was commissioned to do this backlog (given years ago but never done as a scroll). I love doing Black Hours style but this is my very first on actual black dyed parchment instead of paper. "Gwenllian Golden Dolphin", 8 1/2 x 11, Egg tempera, Acrylic and metallics on parchment. Based on the Hours of Galeazzo Maria Sforza, 1400's Milan. Picture 73.

Eliphidon't

I am really enjoying these decorative, off the cuff, quick pictures. I can do them and do other work at the same time so I don't feel guilty and still get t o play and work. "Ivory and Gold", 8 x 11, Micron pen, Acrylic and Prowhite on grey toned paper. Original and prints available. Picture 72.
