How Not to do a Painting 2

Part 2; Be sure you should be doing almost anything other than this project, then get more randome inspiration and do half hearted thumbnails of the idea. Then do several detailed designs for a helm to go on the figure in the painting. Be sure that in the end you do something almst compleatly different than your sketches.

How Not To Do a Painting

Part 1, First be sure you have several projects, commissions and other things you need and want to do. Then get an inspiration for a big project. gather all the materials for the new big project and be excited about it. Next, take an oddly proportioned left over peice of plywood from said big project and get an idea for painting on it. Be sure to get into this secondary side project so it prevents you from doing anything else. Part 2 coming soon.

I am thinking of starting a series of posts called "How Not To Do A Painting", since I do not paint in any way considered traditoional correct. We will see if I start this idea or not. Not that anyone actually follows this site anymore.
