Farewell Atlantis

Farewell space shuttle program and any hope of us getting to other planets! I know they say there will be another way to get us into space, but it is going backwards technologically and that NEVER works to advance anything! So here is a picture I may have posted before, but it is in the spirit of "so long a thanks for all the fish"...goodbye Atlantis! : (

Orchid Miniature

Again, trying to do miniatures to sell at Pennsic to fill the gap left by one of our normal artists. This is a lovely orchid (I have no idea what kind), but it was fun to paint. This is 3 x 4, Acrylic and ProWhite on velum. Original and prints for sale. Picture 41.

Best Coloring Book in the World

The art of friends that do wonderful work and allow me to color their line work, that is the best coloring book in the world! This is "Dancer" by my friend Theddy, also known as http://www.furaffinity.net/user/akirashima . This is my colored version of his drawing. 8 1/2 x 11 Acrylic on cardstock.

For some reason this stupid system is messed up and I can't comment on my own page at all! So, Pyracantha, in answer to your comment/question about my last picture posted; The Race/Character was created by the person who commissioned the picture. They are cat like but have hooves and are humanoid. "Tracker" (or "Traker" as I originally misspelled it) was the first one of these I did and I was not sure I would be able to do a realistic version of these creatures. In the end, I am very pleased with just how real they both came out.

Another Commission Done

OK, so I finally have this commission finished. I like it and hope it is pleasing to the person who commissioned it. He lives in Germany and so does the first picture I did of this character. "Tracker, Rain Dance", 9 x 12, Acrylic and ProWhite on Canson board. Prints for sale. Picture 39.

The person who commissioned this asked that I not post the finished picture before July 1st as he was hoping to have the story it is for done before that. I have not heard if the story is done but it is now July 3rd, so I am going to post the finished "cover".
