Feeling less and less like I am happy with these, but trying to push myself to do something. This will get a better name and color eventually, but for now "Inktober 12", roughly 5 x 12, Micron pen and India ink on Canson board. Picture 46.

Inktober 10, Gryffon Again

I was commissioned at Pennsic to do a rampant Gryffon to be used on banners and such. It will be colored when finished but they wanted a line drawing first. This is the second version and I think way better than the first one I did. I am using it as an Inktober picture because, well it is a drawing in ink. Inktober 9

India ink is giving me some ideas and letting me play with larger black areas more quickly than markers. I may revisit this idea someday as I like the concept and while I am ok with this picture, I think I could do better with the idea.
