Next WIP

The colors are still a bit off in this photo but overall I hope it gives a good enough idea. The red on the tights is much brighter and the light green feathers are more yellow. Anyway, I now have some idea for the background (if I go with it) and still need a better title. Elf and Winged Serpent WIP2.
