Help With Art

OK, I like parts of this a lot and I am not sure about other parts. I have no idea what to do with his hair and the background is also not clear in my mind. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

    Somehow there are too many possibilities with not enough details. Put him away for awhile and let the mind wok on him before you continue.
