Another Conundrum

Well, I started this and like how it is going but like the female that I was not sure of a background on and still have no idea how to finish, this one has no direction. I have no clue what to do with the rest of this...bugger! Not that I don't have a lot of art I should be doing, or even more ideas that want out, but I really dislike having pictures done to this point and then just stalling on me!
