Hibbary http://www.furaffinity.net/user/hibbary/ did the great drawing on the left and allowed me to color it...well, in this case I sorta went off in my own direction. The original drawing had nothing to indicate the theme I came up with. But I really like how it came out. The concept of this was inspired by Medieval works. the background was inspired by illuminations from a 15th century book of hours. these are both great. I like what you did adding in the decorative armor and robes. Again I would love to see that as a costume. Have you ever designed costumes?
