Clasic Cupid

Not my art, but found on a fine art site! Other than the strategically placed branch, I love this. He is so cute and very "real boy" looking!  William Adolphe Bouguereau, Amour voltigeant sur les eaux (Cupid Flying over Water), 1900. Oh well, posting this cause I have nothing of mine to post right now. Hope you like him.

  1. I disagree with the way the famous Bouguereau painted the water just at the Eros's feet. It's like glass, it's not watery at all. If the Cupid is going to dabble his toes in the water, and you can see that he has broken the surface, then there ought to be many more wavelets.

Another subject: Photoshop dimensions. In Photoshop the "Image Size" information box will give dimensions in both pixels and inches (the inches would be the printed size of the picture.).
