Never Happier to be Wrong
I never believed that gay marriage would be legal throughout the country in my lifetime! I was wrong and very happy I was!

All My Boys
Here is a picture of all my boys, my Ball Jointed Dolls (BJDs). I do have 3 not in the picture but one is in pieces and is a satyr and the other is a larger doll who has had nothing done to him yet and the last is my first doll who is very tiny and I think would get lost in this picture..
Most of the names are set, Satu, my newest may change names I am still not sure and the little green fairy with a ? is not yet named. Anyway, thought I should get a family portrait of them all while I could fit them all together easily.

Look Another Doll
I now have way more of these than I ever thought I would and another on layaway. Anyway this is Satu (the name is Scandinavian and means basically the same thing as saga (fairytale/story/myth). It is the name of the person I bought him from and it just seemed a cool name. He is my first real Ipelhouse (one of the biggest and best BJD companies). He came to me by way of Finland (he was owned by someone there).
He is not quite 11 inches tall and has skin the color of my son when he was small. I made his hair (wigs for BJDs don't come in African styles or at least not that I have ever found, so I had to make this myself). He is SO adorable and will get clothing soon. My next doll is a fox boy, he has a human face and body but fox lower legs and fox ears and a tail.

New Tiny Fairy Doll
I made the mistake of joining a Facebook group called BJD Adoption, and it is where people sell dolls they have and don't want for whatever reason. Some are amazing beautiful and expensive, some are cute and reasonably priced, and this one was cute and cheap! This is my cheapest BJD. I paid $26 for him and I am very pleased. He does need restrung (he is a but floppy) but that can be fixed. I changed his eyes, did a bit of painting on him and made the wings. He still needs hair, but that will happen eventually. I may do some makeup on him like on Little Leaf (my other even smaller BJD). The picture does not show the wings all that well, they a translucent and iridescent and I am trying a new way to put them on him, Velcro...we will see if I like it after he has had them awhile. Anyway, he doesn't have a name yet, but here is my new little Fairy BJD.

2 Down 11 to Go
Here is the second in the stained glass rose commission (third overall but second that I have done since the big commission). It is based on a wild rose and is one of the earliest and most common found in the game world. "Lavender Rose Window", 8 1/2 x 9 1/2, Acrylic and Prisma Color on black board. Picture 26.
