This was a black and white done for my book "Darkness & Light". I slightly censored it (I don't recall why) for this color version...oh, right, it was for a tattoo design. Anyway, here is the colored version. Originally 8 1/2 x 11 ink on Bristol. Colored version done in acrylic. I added the black background to make it look best on here. Before it just had black inside the rings.
Wow, I would have sworn that was digitally colored! It's very shiny-looking. I'm trying to imagine managing that with paint! (Well, actually, I'd probably have better luck with that than digital ...)
