Warning Labels

I found this last year on some site and loved it! They had one for the Koran as well! I could not agree more with this and I think ALL religious books should come with real warning labels like this!!

  1. Tristan, if you are so against religion, why are you still in a "ministry education" program at a church?

  2. Because I am in the middle of the last year of a 4 year course and I have learned alot about Christianity (ironically it is pat of why I am no longer Christian). This year and last were Church history and so I am learning about how the church became as it is now. It is an expensive course and Don and I do it together so I will finish it out. It ends in June.

  3. Just to be clear, I have no problem with faith in something more than Human, but I do have a problem with following an archaic, bigoted system that way to many who belive don't know the facts about!

  4. Ouch, the irony, it burns!! Incidentally, it is the religious fanatics who have forced the hands of most fiction archives on the web (including mine, I'm afraid to say) to require warnings on stories. I have no problem with warning for "trigger" elements like rape and incest ... but nudity? Slash? Kissing? Ugh.

So this is a bit of poetic justice for me. :)
